5. WHAT INFORMATION IS COLLECTED IN REGISTRATION AND CALLS

They are subject to registration in our information systems the data below:

Business data (Legal Entity Name, Address, Tax Identification Number);

Personal data (name, identification, address, professional registration, date of birth);

Financial data (bank);

Records of purchased items, quantities and values ​​(as of 07/2017);

Attendance records made by the Reporting Channel (since 07/2017);

Emails sent and received

Eventually, we may use recognized and authorized technological tools (cookies, java, etc.) to confirm identity, customize access and monitor usage, always seeking to improve navigation and functionality for the customer.

6. DATA COLLECTED BY EXAKTUS

In accordance with the provisions in force in the countries where Exaktus operates, information regarding data provided by our customers by telephone, stores or distributors will be for the exclusive use of Exaktus and must be used exclusively for the purposes for which it is assigned.

Exaktus uses the information provided by its customers for the purposes of data verification and implementation of commercial negotiations concluded with these customers, maintenance of regulatory traceability and also with tax authorities and legal purposes and may also use the same for any internal actions that have a connection with the client, including marketing actions and promotion of its products.

The financial information collected is intended for the purchase of goods and services.
